A Maurer side discharge chute has 12 inches of discharge height and 35° of slope while still reaching within 2" of the side of the trailer.  These traits make this side discharge the most user-friendly on the market!

10-bolt stud piloted Steel rims come standard, Aluminum rims are an option.

Full center dividers, Interior Hopper Ladders and Single Ridge Strap are all standard equipment.

Maurer grain trailers have 25" of hopper clearance when empty, 26" when equipped with 24.5 tires.  This allows for better clearance moving in and out of uneven ground and easier use of swing augers at the dump site.  Hopper doors are mounted on self-cleaning rollers.

Quality Finish

Maurer grain trailers are chemically cleaned before being primed.  A low VOC high-solids corrosion resistant PPG polyurethane primer is applied.  This primer comes from the newest generation of primers and has a sand-blasting time equivalent to or exceeding that of the epoxy primers.   Finally, PPG Urotec polyurethane paint is electrostatically applied.

   The Maurer 30 foot tandem axle tandem hopper grain trailer has a full center divider as standard equipment.   When properly loaded the model 3022 has an approximate weight transfer of 60% to the back axles and 40% to the King pin.
   It's offset hopper design along with its 98 inch King pin to landing leg clearance makes the model 3022 ideal for high-horsepower single axle tractors.
   This trailer can also be loaded to a weight transfer at 50:50 which is why it is also compatible with a tandem axle truck.
   These traits are why the Maurer 3022 grain trailer is the most versatile 30 footer on the market.
