Maurer Tiltbeds utilize a tube steel construction. This offers
you the benefits of less bed twist, easier clean up and extra
protection for wiring and lights. Note optional chain tray.

Our closed hydraulic system moves oil from port to port through
a restricter valve. This system allows you to lock the bed in
a tilted position and will also cushion the bed as it tilts
down. Also note the latch which releases the bed.

Lights are rubber mounted in shock proof grommets. Wiring is
contained in the tube frame rails. All connections are sealed
giving years of trouble free use.

All Maurer Tiltbeds are equipped with heavy gauge fenders.
Torsion flex axles with ezelube spindles and new tires and rims.

Maurer Tiltbeds are properly balanced meaning they tilt up and
down with little assistance (almost like a teeter-totter on
a playground). They are not tail heavy or front heavy like many
of our competitors.

Maurer Utility Trailers are chemically
washed then fully primed and painted with a PPG Industrial Coating
before being floored. This process is a standard on Maurer
Trailers, not an option like many of our competitors. |
