The Cincinnati CL 707 has helped us produce up to twice as many parts per hour with superior speed, accuracy and part quality.  Far more productive than other lasers, the CL-707 is even fast enough to replace a turret press in many applications, and won't distort parts the way punching can.

A special lightweight gantry allows extremely high acceleration and deceleration rates through tight corners and complex geometry.   The result:  Speeds up to 8500 IPM while maintaining positioning accuracy of +-.001 over the entire cutting area.

The CL-707 is capable of cutting a wide range of materials including steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, plastic, wood, leather and more.  Combine the CL-707's incredible speed and accuracy and the result is more affordable high quality parts.

    
    Our Vulcan II PCM Lock former cutting table is capable of cutting stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel and non ferrous materials up to ½ (.500) thick with piercing capabilities of 3/8 (.375) of an inch.  The machine utilizes an oxygen plasma process to obtain cut quality.  Narrow kerf widths allow for machining of highly intricate parts.  Capable of table speed of up to 1000 IPM and cutting speeds exceeding 200 IPM with a positioning accuracy of +-.004, the Vulcan II is state of the art.

An example of Maurer Mfg.'s brake press capabilities is our 1993 model 713D12 130 ton 10' X 3/16 Accurpress.  It's advanced RC1 Control System allows control of the ram depth settings, speed change points and stroke lengths.  High ram repeat accuracies of +-.001 are obtainable with RC1.   Another example of our 1996 Model 717512 175 ton 10' X 1/4" Accurpress.   Equipped with CNC backgauge controls, this press is capable of up to 10 step programs, and up to 99 repeats per step.  This controller allows for depth resolution of .001".  English/Metric conversions are instantaneous.

     Maurer Mfg. offers all kinds of sawing capacity:  The company utilizes two highly automated large capacity saws.  One is an H105/L Hem Saw with a 16" high X 20"  W throat capacity with automatic shuttle.   Repeatable within .002.  This saw can produce piles of parts in short periods of time. 

     The company also operates a HYD-MECH S-20A Series II with a 13" H X 18" W Throat.  The HYD-MECH is capable of 5.000 lb. work loads - programmable for both lengths and # of pieces this saw will also produce a tremendous amount of pieces in short order.

No shop is complete without capable production people who can carry out welding and assembly tasks on a day to day basis.

With a staff of nearly 90 individuals Maurer Mfg. is capable of welding and assembly jobs both big and small.  We utilize Miller Welders almost exclusively operated by highly trained individuals.
