PLASMA CUTTING

    
    Our Vulcan II PCM Lock former cutting table is capable of cutting stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel and non ferrous materials up to ½ (.500) thick with piercing capabilities of 3/8 (.375) of an inch.  The machine utilizes an oxygen plasma process to obtain cut quality.  Narrow kerf widths allow for machining of highly intricate parts.  Capable of table speed of up to 1000 IPM and cutting speeds exceeding 200 IPM with a positioning accuracy of +-.004, the Vulcan II is state of the art.
